In developed world, Contempt of Court happens when people or men disrupt Court Proceedings or refuse to abide by its decisions, but in Pakistan it is perceived to be a matter of "honour" ie respect or Izzat of the Judges? And we are relying upon a Presidential Ordinance 2003, created by Gen. Musharraf, May be Parliament needs to come up with a new Contempt of Court Act 2013 to correct the imbalances that exist in law..in the present form this law, created by a military dictator, is an anathema to Democracy & Freedom of Expression, Watch a sober informative dialogue...
